While this is a very technical tool, the scope of understanding that is brought by the word study is incredible. Greek is not my strength, so the index is a great help.

I bought the set when it was on sale for $100. It is a great asset for a personal or pastoral library.

Functional knowledge of Greek will make the use of the set much more likely.

I didn't have a lot of time to go through it, but I found out that if you don't know Greek, it's going to be really difficult to find what you're looking for... And the index in the last volume doesn't help at all, since it is in Greek or with the reference (ex: for Mattew 1:1, you'll have 7 pages as reference, but without knowing to wich word each reference belongs...!).

So, pretty useless until I'll have the time to learn Greek... Would have prefered a lot that the system would be like Vine's Expository Dictionnary: Greek (and Hebrew) word, but also the English word in both the book and index...

Surely a good tool if you know Greek, though.

This product is a big help if you want to dig deeper in your Bible study. The authors give you a wide understandig of the words used in NT greek. I would recommend it to students of the Bible, preachers and anyone else who is committed and willing to understand the Word of God on a deeper level.
