Scott J. Wakefield is an illustrator and teacher. He graduated from Art Center College of Design and has worked as a freelance illustrator for national children's magazines and major publishers such as Spider Magazine, Scholastic, and McGraw-Hill. His most recent picture books are A Crack in the Night (Story-Express) and Woodchuck Chuck (Envision Books). Scott lives with his family in Aurora, CO.
