They just don't make films like this anymore - so grand, so epic. The actors are incredible (while certainly "dramatic" compared to today's standards), the costumes are sublime, the cinematography is sumptuous, the color is super vibrant.. and the story holds pretty true to God's word.

However, Charlton Heston does a fine job as Moses. Yul Brynner plays a narcissistic Pharaoh really well. The other characters are enjoyable to watch. This is just a classic movie! It's an older movie but it is a very good script with excellent actors. However, don't expect to see contemporary movie special effects.
