These books are great!! Every kid needs the complete set of these books!! My kids really like the adventures and they have the gospel message in them to. I wish more authors would write more books like these. These are some of the best kids books you can get!! I hope they always keep them in print!!

I grew up with these books. My great grandpa let me borrow his then later passed them on to me. He continued to get them for me until I had read them all. I loved every minute of reading about their adventures as well as learned about life, honesty, comaradery and manners (of a sort-lol). The set was lost in a move when I was a teen so I am going to get a whole new set for my boys.

I bought the first set of books for my son's 7th birthday and he loved them so much, that I picked up the whole set. I read them to him after he's finished his required reading for school. We often read past bedtime just to find out how the adventure ends. The series includes references to Bible verses, good Christian values, and good manners for boys. Some of the situations with dangerous criminals are a little too outlandish for a group of boys, but it leads to good discussion.
