Tell us a little about yourself. I'm just an ordinary sinner saved and sustained by the sufficiency of grace. It was my privilege to be the scribe as the Spirit whispered words of comfort and hope for me to share.
What was your motivation behind this project? Through my own battles with sexual and emotional abuse, miscarriages, divorce, and depression, God has blessed me with a greater understanding of how very personal and intimate his love is for me. Understanding how his grace works throughout our toughest times brings healing and hope. I want to share that hope with others who struggle with the whys of this life.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I hope each readers sees themselves in one of the main characters as they struggle to understand how God can still be in control when everything in their life is falling apart and they feel abandoned. And I hope they hear the voice of the Spirit whispering grace to all their broken places.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? I was reminded again and again how awesome God is and how incredible is his grace. He picked me up out of the dirt and gave me wings. I don't deserve his mercy and grace and I'm continually awed by his extravagant generosity.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? My greatest inspiration, other than my heavenly Father, is my husband and family. Without their love and support, this story would have never seen the light of day. My favorite Christian author is Francine Rivers. She weaves Biblical truths into the lives of characters so real you would swear you knew them personally.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: When you finish this book, I hope you are convinced you are fully known and fully loved.
