This book deals with the issue from a fairly human standpoint. It doesn't look at whether this might be related to immorality, impurity or sensuality, but rather considers it a choice. The author throws in a few verses, considering that this area is similar to the area of offering meat to idols. However, as mentioned, he fails to note that it is sensuality. He also mentioned that if a person felt guilty for eating meat offered to idols, then the Bible forbids them to eat that meat. This principle applied to masturbation would end the question for most people. A much better book would be 'Not Even a Hint'. 'The Struggle' contains enough Bible verses to appear Bible based, but not enough to really ask Biblical questions, or provide Biblical answers.
