I don't know what people mean when they say the Rubyz don't have depth! One of the songs on here is a beautiful song about how you should not try to act older than you are just to fit in, and that you should pray about your struggles. HOW CAN THAT NOT HAVE DEPTH???
They also have a song called "Without you" that is about how Jesus is the most important thing in life. How is that depthless?

I totally agree with Theresa. There is not much depth or substance on this CD. If your daughters like this pop style, try ZOEgirl's CD "LIFE".

I bought this for my tween daughters based on the reviews given above, but was very disappointed. I would suggest going to their website first and reading their lyrics BEFORE buying this album. Not much depth there. Only half the songs insinuate to some sort of Christian message but it was watered down for the sake of going mainstream. Barlow girl is better because they write powerful songs that point directly to the Lord and can't be mistaken for mainstream correctness. These girls are talented and I am sure the watered down lyrics/Christianity is due to their producers at Disney. If they ever sign with someone who allows them to really pour out their heart in the lyrics I will give them another chance.

I bought this for my 9 and 6 year old daughters...because I was sick of Miley Cyrus (just tried of listening to the same songs). They both LOVE these girls, uplifting lyrics with a super fun beat. We're blasting away in the car everyday!
