Hardcover, chronological KJV - what's not to love! This came highly recommending to us. When we are done reading the NIV Chronological we will start this - hoping to get a bit more "depth" from the KJV. Great price. Big and heavy for anyone traveling, but we plan to keep ours at home.

Dr. Reese was one of my professors and I teach a Survey of the Reese Chronological Bible at our church. The survey last 26 to 28 weeks and the goal is to have every class member read through the RCB during that time and most accomplish the goal. Just imagine Seth, Abraham and Isaac was contemporaries can you imagine their conversations. When class members read through then we teach modern day applications versus historically and it make the Bible come alive. I am looking forward for the revised addition in the near future. Think about Jeremiah was only 13 when his ministry started. If you read very closely Sarah was either dead or close to death when Isaac was to be offered up on Mt Moriah at age 30 to 33 not as a teenager as most have been taught! Buy one for your pastor he will appreciate it!

I have not been into the Chronological Bible in depth yet but what I have read so far I have found very interesting and informative. It is starting to make more sense to see thing in the order that they happened; instead of constantly seeing things repeated word for word book for book when looking up a special topic.

This is one of the greatest resources available to a student of the Bible. There is great value in getting to read the Bible in chronological order, especially understanding the prophecies and psalms of the old testament where the occur. I recommend this resource for everyone!

A great aid for helping to understand the chronology of the Bible. I would recommend this Bible to any serious Bible-reader.
