Pure Catholicism. I am saddened that so many can be blinded into believing this is an accurate description of Christ's sacrifice on the cross. I am even more frustrated that this or portions of this movie has been shown in youth groups as being truth. Consider who produced this movie and what a testimony he hasn't been. I'm more confused by hearing from Bible preaching churches that yes, there are several things that are Biblically wrong with the movie but as long as it's there, we might as well use it. Shall we start using crucifixes and rosary beads as well? You want to experience a moving account of His suffering for our sins? Read your Bible.

YOU CANT AFFORD TO MISS THIS MOVIE! I have never seen a more compelling and true to life movie then this one. ALL GOD loving people MUST see this and view it with a non-believer, you will be amazed at the outcome after watching this! I saw it 11 times at the theatre, I went each time with my christian friends and also with non-believers, We were ALL believers after this movie.... I have bought this one and have bought several copies for my family and friends that I care so deeply about! FANTASTIC MOVIE Hats off to Mel Gibson for bringing the story of our LORD and SAVIOR to life!

Excellent movie. Protrays what Christ went through to die for our sins, something we sure don't deserve. Lets you see first hand the pain and suffering he went through for us.

Wonderful film! After seeing this film, I will never take my salvation for granted again. I would encourage every Christian and non-Christian alike to watch this film. It will change your life.

I ordered this movie for my youth SS class. The movie had their full attention, however I did not notice the audio was in Aramaic/Latin. I had to read the subtitles, but it didn't take away from the effect of the movie. It's still a great movie.

Very true to life. While some of it was a bit confusing, it gave a reality check for anyone who tends to take their salvation lightly. Very well presented.
