Good addition to your bible study especially for the begginner bible student to help break the scripture down in "todays' language". I found it very useful with my bible study class. I already recommended it to a friend and she ordered one and feels the same way!

I thought it was awful. It was a mockery to the inspired word of God. I give it no rating because it does not deserve one. I see no value to it and I thought of throwing it in the trash.

Terrific second version of the Bible. This one is Numbered which is a good edition.

It's a hardback book that is made like a hardback book, so I'd say its quality is normal/average. It's the content that bothers me. I've found that I really don't read its New Testament stories because it doesn't really say what the Bible says. I guess you'd call it an allegory. It's like reading Aesop's Fables: the stories are beneficial but ..... . I'd say it's fine for reading the Old Testament though.

I'm enjoying the book in essence, but the pages are so thin that you can read the print trough it and yet another book that it's publisher erroneously labeled large print.
