I love this Bible for kids and they have enjoyed the videos and game suggestions. Those components I highly recommend. However, you have to print out all the curriculum for yourself. This took me about 4-5 hours! I can only imagine how much extra this cost our church to do in color. I also originally thought I could email the lessons to the volunteer teachers each week, but the files are much too large to email. That was a big disappointment. For $75, I feel the material should have been printed for us. Publishers can do this far cheaper than churches can. In addition, many of our students were over the age of 7 and found the handouts a bit juvenile. I often had to find other puzzles/mazes to keep their interest. I would suggest the handouts are more appropriate for students 7 and younger, but they will need to be able to write some answers.

It exceeded my expectations. Several of the people in our Sunday rotation are school teachers. They love the lay out of the curriculum. It is simple, teachable, and great lessons. Best of all...the kids are really learning! Will be ordering the next one available!

I love it so much that I gave it to all my daughter's friends graduating from college this year! I've never found a Bible Storybook that weaves Jesus into every story and it is BEAUTIFUL! That daughter got a job teaching in a Christian school in Nigeria and is now using the book to teach Bible to her students of all different faiths!
Q: Curriculum Kit: age level? I love the book, but is the curriculum kit worth getting? I have a class of 9 kids ranging in age from 3 to 9. The cd's don't interest me, but the DVD's and teacher/student pages do.Does the curriculum kit have student pages appropriate for those ages? Do you find the bonus DVD's helpful? Would I be better to invest in individual copies of the book so each child has one?
Although this curriculum is designed for ages 4 to 7, you could use it in a class for ages 3 to 9. The DVD includes printable lesson materials for 44 lessons with detailed instructions for each lesson. It would be nice for each child to have their own book, but not necessary.
Q: How many minutes long are each of the 44 bonus animated videos? Are these videos the same material as in the other DVD's #1-4 that can also be purchased?
Each of the video clips for the curriculum is about 1 to 2 minutes long. They are taken from the 4 DVD set, but are not the full content
