Thank you for your discussion explaining PTSD (post-trama stress disorder) as we remember our veterans of war November 11th. Even though many American soldiers battled with this after returning from war; it wasn't addressed adequately by our Government until several years after many Vietnam War veterans' inability to function in our American society. Since then our nation has been dealing with two other wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Our American Society, especially our youth, needs to better understand the effects of war on families. We must acknowledge, respect and have compassion for our returning veterans and the sacrifices they made for our way of life. We and our government have to help them in the process of becoming functioning members of our society.
