Overview
We each owe a death, says Paul Edgecomb, a death-row prison guard in the film The Green Mile. Life is somewhat routine for this odd community of prisoners and guards until a wrongfully accused, gentle giant is added to death row. He humbly offers the power to heal the sick and even raise the dead. This miracle man changes the lives of prisoners and guards alike. What happens when a life-giver is injected into a place of death, where he too is sentenced to die?
