I loved this story as much as my grand daughter, who is four yrs. The art work is wonderfully done and the poetry brings to life the special relationship between the donkey and Jesus. I read this story to my craft group at Church and the ladies loved it as well. A tradition to start every easter season!

A message of hope, written for young children. Meeting Jesus is a life-changing event for this donkey. Doubt and sadness are replaced with joy and confidence. My 3 yr. old granddaughter loved this story!

I used this book with a group of children on Palm Sunday. It held their attention and they seemed to really enjoy it. The story is something all children can relate to and the message is powerful. I would recommend this book to any personal collection for children or any church library. The art work is adorable and makes the book so special.

    pleasant to read.
