WickEvansville, IndianaAge: 35-44Gender: male5 Stars Out Of 5Mahaney's LIVING the Cross-Centered Life is Even BetterMarch 15, 2018WickEvansville, IndianaAge: 35-44Gender: maleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This is the first Mahaney book I read, and it is a book I have read a couple of times. I was introduced to C.J. Mahaney and this quick read from a friend several years ago. The Cross Centered Life reminds you to get back to the starting point of life - the cross of Calvary. Christ's work on our behalf is to be the central motivation for our life and faith. Sometimes the most important truths are the easiest to forget. If you want to read this book, I suggest reading LIVING the Cross Centered Life which combines this small book with Mahaney's Christ Our Mediator and new material.

I praise the glory of the God, our Lord for a chance of having such a precious book for every christian in their very ways of living. Daniel Shultz5 Stars Out Of 5October 22, 2009Daniel ShultzWhat makes this book so great is its simplicity that we tend to make more complicated or walk away from. I believe it is one of those few books every believer should read every yr. or 2, just to keep the main thing the main thing. Jesus' ministry and message was exceeding simple but extraordinarily sacrificial!
