While looking for respectable work, reformed Vashti (aka Georgia) starts selling stagecoach tickets & eventually driving them too. Griff, her boss, is unable to find reliable workers and is plagued with robberies from outlaws. As Griff battles his feelings for Vashti, he also fears for her safety. Vashti is so independent and used to guys who mistreat her, that she wonders if she'd ever risk getting married to any man.
With the three books in this series so closely related, I am glad that I bought them at the same time. As soon as I finished one, I couldn't wait to read the next one. I hope to see more of Susan Page Davis' books as ebooks, I really enjoyed the three in this trilogy.
