Chuck Colson Founder, Prison Fellowship
Christians in the 21st century, as never before, must know what they believe and why they believe. They must be able to define and defend the faith. The ASB will help equip a new generation of believers to do this with competency and conviction.
Daniel L. Akin, President Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary
When we share our faith with others, we often run into Bible passages that raise difficult questions. The Apologetics Study Bible deals with such problems in footnotes right at the bottom of the page. It also provides discussions of more general questions like the existence of God and the problem of evil, and it summarizes the work of apologetic writers to whom we can turn for further help. As such, the Apologetics Study Bible is a useful tool for Christian witness.
Dr. John Frame, Professor of Systematic Theology and Philosophy Reformed Theological Seminary Orlando
"The Apologetics Study Bible is the best single resource available for defending the Faith. It is like having an apologetics library at your fingertips. An indispensable volume that is both scholarly and user-friendly. "Destined to become the "gold standard" among study Bibles."
R. Alan Streett, Ph.D. The W. A. Criswell Chair of Expository Preaching Criswell College Dallas, Texas
I think that the Apologetics Study Bible is a great idea, and I am very excited to hear that it will be released soon. Each book of the Bible will have an introduction by leading evangelical scholars, and key questions that people are raising today are given viable answers. This should be a great tool for anyone interested in sharing their faith in Jesus Christ.
Dr. Tom Finley, Professor of Old Testament & Semitics also chair of the Department of Old Testament & Semitics Talbot School of Theology, Biola University
Unparalleled among existing study Bibles, the Apologetic Study Bible provides a wealth of accurate and dependable information for its readers in developing a consistent world view. Believers may with confidence be equipped to follow the Apostle Peter's charge to "be ready to give a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you . . . with gentleness and respect" (1 Peter 3:15-16).
Richard D. Patterson Distinguished Professor Emeritus Liberty University
To answer questions about the Bible and counter objections to it, the Apologetics Study Bible should be in the hands of every serious soul-winner and defender of the Christian faith. I can't wait to get my copy!
Terry L. Wilder, Ph.D. Associate Professor of New Testament and Greek, Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
So many people today are asking fundamental questions about Christianity that it is important to have good apologetics tools to be able to recommend to them. I highly commend a study Bible like this one that addressees such concerns.
Stanley E. Porter, Ph.D. President and Dean Professor of New Testament McMaster Divinity College
The Apologetics Study Bible will be one of the most significant contributions to the ever-growing field of Christian apologetics, not only because of its combination of notes and articles by a remarkably wide range of scholars, but also because of the way it embeds these resources within the biblical text. This unprecedented integration of balance, breadth, depth, and melding with Scripture will make The Apologetics Study Bible a powerful and relevant tool for students from all backgrounds.

ValiantSonWest Chester, PAAge: 45-54Gender: male4 Stars Out Of 5Great features for the priceNovember 27, 2013ValiantSonWest Chester, PAAge: 45-54Gender: maleQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5The HCSB translation is good, the footnotes are good, and the articles are very good. My main issues with the quality are minor complaints about the eBook formatting. Since the articles and notes sometimes span pages, it would be nice if it linked back to location in the text I started from.
Jim STucson, AZAge: 55-65Gender: male5 Stars Out Of 5Excellent resource for an e-bookSeptember 19, 2012Jim STucson, AZAge: 55-65Gender: maleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5If you check out the cost of most all ebooks available at CBD you'll find that their prices beat those of most other sellers. And you can used the ebook format as Epub on most any reader on the market including PCs, Macs, Nooks, Kindle, etc.
With that said, the value of this resource is excellent and it's not too difficult to use once you get the hang of navigation, which can be tricky on an almost 8,000 page document. I am still learning all the ins and outs but I definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in Bible study from an apologetical perspective.

There were a few things I found a little different. Such as one part talked about some type of elemental forces or something and that was a little different than the NKJV I am accustomed to. Still really good.
