I originally purchased this DVD series for my husband, but the whole family has thoroughly enjoyed it! It is so well researched and the presentation if very professional. David Barton is a wonderful historian and presents our TRUE American heritage is a factual, yet fasinating way. I would recommend this series to anyone that wants to learn the truth about what our Founding Fathers REALLY intended for our country.

Have listened to David Barton for several years now; this is an excellent source for young people to gain a true history of our American heritage. We have passed this series around to the families in our fellowship (church).

This is an absolutely amazing, must see series for every American, or person wishing to be one. All Christian churches in American should be shown this authentic and revealing series, especially since progressives and liberals have filtered and controlled the lies our children have been learning for decades through historical revisionism. I read some of the reviews and will explain that the ones that do not have 5 stars must not realize that this series is made for television. This explains why it seems slow and self advertises. Every several minutes it goes to a series trailer for a commercial and is no distraction at all. Buy the series and some to share. A country that does not know where it came from has no direction. Hence, America today.

This is a wonderful series. David Barton knows the true American history and presents it well. I believe that every home should have this Series and it should be watched often!

Slow moving and poorly put together. A lot of the same thing over and over with too much advertising. However, the content makes it well wortht he price and watching!!! Barton presents the material in an easy to understand way and with plenty of evidence to back up what he says!! Every citizen of the USA should watch this (after some editing to make it all fit together better) and it should be taught in our schools again.

This is a great reminder and taching aid regarding the principles on which our counry was founded, and learning about our country's first real heroes.Part of these were pastors wearing uniforms under their clerical robes in order to be instantly ready for battle if the enemy was coming!

History has always been one of my favorite subjects, and these videos really showed me how difficult it has been to get true history passed on to each generation. I truly enjoyed learning and being introduced to documentation from the time period that backs up the subject matter. Excellent - but you have to want to just sit back and learn.
