Thia is a book rich in wisdom and guidance, from the pen of a man who long walked with God and who himself understood much about prayer. The fruits of his study yield a grasp of Paul's prayers that is both pastoral and scholarly-food for both mind and heart. Food for a deeper life of prayer, as well.
Many Christians long to see greater depth in their praying but don't know where to turn. Bible-expositor Arthur Pink reminds readers that Scripture itself has much to teach us about prayer. In this book, Pink gives us a rich and detailed look at the prayers of Paul - showing us not only how to pray, but giving us greater insight into Paul himself, his relationship with God, and the people he served.
ARTHUR W. PINK (1886-1952) was born in Nottingham, England, became a follower of Jesus at age 22 and left England in 1910 to study at Moody Bible Institute. He had a handful of short term pastorates in Colorado, California, Kentucky, and South Carolina, as well as in Australia. He is author of a great number of books including The Ability of God, Gleanings in Exodus, and The Nature of God.
