I teach 3rd and 4th grades and at this time teaching the ten commandments. I am using these games for opening of the sunday before we break into classes. We just ask the questions and get the answers form the whole group. At the end of the quater I will give these games as gifts to my Sunday school class.

This set of 10 Commandments is not for Lutherans or Catholics as we have a differing arrangement.

I might use them for confirmation, but for 2nd grade, they are too hard.
THe quality of the card (paper product used)
is poor. THey curver easily and stick together.

I bought this for my Sunday School Class (9-11) for my kids to use before class - to encourage them (or rather their parents) to be on time. I've had to change the wording for my kids that haven't had much Bible training and for my younger ones. It's been very useful to let me know where our learning gaps are, and this is something they can play with or without me participating.

Offers a different format to discuss the Ten Commandments - you may need to change the words around to apply to your religion. Kids like the challenge - fun to hear their thoughts.

My girls just got finished watching the movie, Ten Commandments. They loved playing the card game and quizzing their knowledge.
It is also great to learn more facts that you did not know, and I found that it opened doors to explaining vocabulary words, and biblical history. Great family game and the price is wonderful!
