I used this book as an extra tool to teach my little one about taking care of their body . It was a little different than I expected but we made good use of it.

Beware of this book.!! It teaches kids how to 'be still' and meditate and clear their minds. Teaches them to listen for God's voice. Mentions contemplative prayers. Tells you to ask your children to say a prayer and be thankful for their food. They give a example.. 'rub a dub dub, thanks for the grub. Yay God' THATS HORRIBLE!

I will be returning this book and the other two that came as a set with it. About caring for the earth and managing money. I don't trust these writers and publishers.

Started teaching this to my children, then selecting from it and finally shelved it. Questionable doctrine. Lightweight at best, heresy at worst. Warning!
