This book has SO much information about how women's bodies work, and how to use that information to either avoid or achieve pregnancy. At first it seemed like a textbook with complicated diagrams and charts, but it was very easy to read and easy to understand. I am so thankful for the knowledge I gained in this book! I would recommend it to every woman.
Alyssa Schmidt5 Stars Out Of 5June 8, 2010Alyssa SchmidtI read this book after I miscarried during my first pregnancy and couldn't get pregnant again. It was so eye opening! No one ever tells you the information that's in this book...your mother probably never told you and your doctor probably never told you either! You'll learn a lot by reading this one!
Christina Chun5 Stars Out Of 5September 1, 2009Christina ChunWith this book I've learned so much about women's body and how it functions. I've taken BBT before; I was so frustrated that with in 2 months, I stopped. With this book I've started charting BBT again, and now it's actually fun to see how my temperature changes each day with each cycle.
