Brief But Comprehensive

My in-laws gifted me with this laminated sheet for Christmas two years ago, and it follows the format of Grudem's 1300 pager, Systematic Theology. None of the appendices are on the sheet, but it does contain the introduction and seven parts. Those seven parts are the Word of God, the Doctrine of God, the Doctrine of Man, the Doctrines of Christ and the Holy Spirit, the Doctrine of Application of Redemption, the Doctrine of the Church, and the Doctrine of the Future. The three-hole punched sheet is very easy to read with key words italicized or bolded, and it has a trifold so you can see a great deal of information at one time. Five small diagrams are also included. I have used the white and light yellow study guide to review material, locate key verses, and quiz my daughters. The material is durable enough to last many years, and I plan to give it to my girls one day.
This is an excellent overview of the basics of Systematic Theology dealing with the basics of Systematic Theology and an excellent tool to use with Wayne Grudem and Erik Thoennes book on the subject. I am a seminary Graduate and appreciated the diagrams and easy to read and understand language of the guide.
