Dive into the underwater world of marine animals! Written directly to the student, the gentle conversational style makes Zoology 2 perfect for elementary children to read on their own, or for family reading times with mom. Presenting information with a strong creationist viewpoint, this detailed book contains chapters on aquatic animals, whales, seals, fish, sharks, reptiles, Cephalopods and many other creatures you didn't even know existed! Narration may be easily used with younger children; notebooking and "ocean box" activities are included at the end of each chapter. Household labs develop the skills needed to conduct scientifically valid experiments in any field, while magnificent photos bring the ocean right into your classroom. 235 pages, indexed hardcover with answers to the narrative questions included.

My boys love marine life so of course this has been our favorite science book so far. I love the notebooking pages that help put their thoughts into words. And the boys love the experiments and "try this" found throughout the chapters.

My son would rather do this book over the other books in his schooling. I constantly have to take this book away from him especially if he is avoiding a class. This is his MOST FAVORITE BOOK and has thing nearly memorized. I love the photos and the clear examples given. I have learned a lot and he has as well.

GREAT book. We were hesitant about straying from last years science curriculum but when this arrived I KNEW I had made the right decision for our visual learner. What a GREAT detailed book. It surpasses everything I've seen so far and I cant wait to begin using it.

We've already used the Botany book in this series. My son, who is fascinated by everything that lives in the water, is really looking forward to his Science studies in the coming school year. The format of the book makes the material very accessible.

I love this book. my girls beg me to do science every afternoon. it's formatted well for easy reading, the activities are fun and easy for the kids to do. but the best part is knowing they are learning! they quoted facts from their book while we were watching animal planet, that was so great! And they are learning to see God's hand in our world like they never did in public school.

We just started home schooling and we started with this because my boys love the ocean and animals. We really love it..they have easy things to do after you have done reading for the day..and it has experiments after each chapter. I love how God is at the center. Plan on starting with number one next year.
