This video is very God led and has great gospel music and artist apprearences. Very fun!! @Kristen Sak: Maybe you should pt 2. It is very spiritual and the whole video is referenced to God. June 2, 2012

I love to excise and dance,I think is a good way to excise. I found it fast pased at the start and hard to keep up with the dance steps. I enjoyed the Christian music but I going to keep trying,and maybe I will be able to keep up and lean some new dance steps. December 26, 2009

I just received this DVD yesterday,and had my first workout today. I did the aerobics section, and I really enjoyed it. It was like being at a party where you got to dance to some really great Christian music, so I found joy in the aerobics; it didn't seem like I was "working out", I was having fun. I plan on doing the pilates tomorrow. Some of the moves were difficult to get, but with time, I'm sure I'll be able to handle it. May 1, 2009

Good workout, good leader, all body types working out, good music....I like it. I would like more spiritual content during the workout though. December 12, 2008
