Francis Chan

Author, Crazy Love & Forgotten God

Francis Chan is the founder of Cornerstone Church in Simi Valley, where he served as the pastor for 16 years. Francis is a nationally recognized pastor and spends time speaking in various places around the world to college-aged adults and pastors and is the author of Crazy Love and Forgotten God. His commitment is to teach directly from the words of Scripture. It is his passion to see the next generation of American Christians display a much deeper love for Jesus and their neighbors.

In April 2010, Francis and his wife, Lisa, announced that God was calling them to step down to pursue a different kind of ministry in a major city, yet he continues as a non-staff elder of the Cornerstone Church. Francis, Lisa and their five children served in a Third World country for several months before launching their new ministry.

Francis Chan is also the Founder of Eternity Bible College and serves on the board of directors for Children's Hunger Fund and World Impact. Francis Chan has a Bachelor's of Arts degree from Master's College and a Master of Divinity degree from Master's Seminary.

Brian Mosley, President of Bluefish TV, first met Francis Chan in 2009. Since then, Francis has spoken at three RightNow Conferences (www.RightNow.org) in Dallas and Orlando. Francis's teaching is also featured as one of the main sessions in the RightNow Leadership Development Kit. Francis has also partnered with Bluefish TV to create two powerful youth ministry Bible studies: Courage and Surrender.

Francis lives is Northern California with his wife, Lisa, and their five children.
