Supernatural Provision: Where God Guides, He Provides

    Tell us a little about yourself.  Mark Hendrickson and his wife Debbie are the founders of Dwelling Place Ministries, an equipping ministry to the Body of Christ at large. They are involved in leadership development, life coaching, preaching and teaching, worship leading, writing and congregational consultation. The Hendrickson family helped establish Kansas City International House of Prayer – (IHOP-KC). Mark and Debbie currently reside in Kansas City, MO.

    What was your motivation behind this project?   Living in supernatural provision has been our full time mode of living for the last 12 years and we were growing in it since both my wife and I were children. It's liberating and revolutionary when we come to realize that God wants us to not see ourselves as orphans or even as servants but rather to see ourselves as beloved sons who He loves to be gracious to. We can begin to live above even the law of sowing and reaping (which is a wonderful God-law), because there is even a higher law called the Law of Blessing. This law is available for anyone to receive and live in. My revelation on this topic and our proven track record gave us incentive to share the goodness of God with anyone who is tired of the rat-race and the rumblings that occur in our faltering global economics. We know this message is radical and even controversial, but I'm certain that you will be intrigued, challenged and inspired to see if you can live within this favor of Heaven.

    What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  I hope that the revelation that 'God's will is God's bill' will explode in every reader's heart. When it does you will be inspired to search for its application in your own life. Get ready for your understanding of 'normal' to be radically rocked.

    How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  The more I documented my thoughts on supernatural provision, the more I was astounded at how true the premise of the book is. The fact of the matter is that each of us will have to reckon with trusting God for our provision, We'll either do it by default of by design... voluntarily, as we're invited in or involuntarily, when we realize that we have no other option after some kind of rumble; health, accident, economics, etc. God would love to escort us into His awesome security and favor. He really is better than we thought.

    Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  Both parents of my wife, Debbie and me have been major bedrock experiences throughout our whole lives. Supernatural provision in our parents lives was a near daily occurrence which gave us a great launching into this walk of enjoying God's extravagant goodness. The message which comes from Bethel Church in Redding, CA has been the strongest single influence in our lives in the last 20 years leading us to become confident in the favor and goodness of God.

    Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  In the history of the body of Christ we can watch different graces emerge... fledgling at first, then finding their wings, then finally becoming a mainstay of our normal Christian experience. (Salvation, Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and Healling... just to name a few). I truly believe that the Goodness of God is going to be such a powerful revelation that most of us will soon be walking in amazing confidence in things that are now only a phenomenon. Supernatural provision will be one of those graces which will become commonplace in the believer's life. It's already available and happening... and it can in you, too!!!
