A book I will not soon forget
Is it possible for a brain-damaged child with low IQ, Dyslexia, ADHD and many other issues to become an author and a public speaker? Shari Rusch Furnstahl proves that it is. Her story will keep you captivated from her years of frustration and failure through those of determination to achieve and be accepted to a successful career as an adult.
Shari writes with a very readable style that will charm you. I was drawn into her life, empathizing with her pain and rejoicing in her triumphs. I read a lot of books, and this is one I will not soon forget.

This is an amazing book because Shari's story does so many things. For the bright LD children, her story encourages them to be resilient and perservere. For the more challenged disabled child, her story gently gives encouragement and hope. For me, a parent of 3 LD children, her story was encouraging, enlightening and comforting. For all of us, it is a reminder that God loves us has a plan for each of us. I will recommend it to other parents, LD children and every teacher - special Ed or not!
