This is a great record keeping book! I used it last year and will use it again this year. There is a page to record all of my home school information. My favorite part of the log book is the planning calendar. I fill it out before we start our school year. This allows me to have a written plan of my school schedule for the entire year. The kids love it so they can plan for breaks and/or other things that will be coming up. The next great feature is the actual daily record keeping boxes. They have plenty of room for recording what we accomplished for a day. Next to each box is several lines to record homework. I personally use this space to expand on some special project we may have completed on a particular day. There is also a place to record important phone numbers, goals for the year, web sites, field trips, prayer requests, memory verses, books read, curriculum used, and a whole section to track your child's daily food intake. This helps your child see exactly what they are eating in a day. Fun pages are also included for your child to fill in. For example, state information, what's happening in a year, about me section, and friend's autograph pages. I have found this record keeping book fits all of my needs and allows me to keep all of my information in one book. I would highly recommend this planner to anyone looking for an easy way to organize a year of home schooling.
