BuggBrazil, INAge: 55-65Gender: female4 Stars Out Of 5January 27, 2011BuggBrazil, INAge: 55-65Gender: femaleQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 4The Ladies Bible Study Group at my church has used several of the LifeGuide studies, and are currently studying The Story of Scripture. The lessons can be covered in approximately an hour's ttime. The assigned reading is manageable, and there are suggestions for further study if one so chooses. The questions cause us to think and dig deeper, yet one does not have to be a theologian to grasp the concepts. The maps and leaders' guides in the back of the book are also very helpful. These studies have enhanced our spiritual growth. I would recommend them.

Gma JanBayard NEAge: Over 65Gender: female3 Stars Out Of 5The Story of Scripture, Lifeguide topical Bible StudiesFebruary 26, 2016Gma JanBayard NEAge: Over 65Gender: femaleQuality: 3Value: 3Meets Expectations: 2I wanted a study that would reveal God's role in man's life from the beginning to the end of time. Trying to cover such a large topic in 12 lessons is an impossible task. Our ladies have hung in there but it has been a tough study! As their leader I happen to love history...especially Bible history...so have attempted to fill in the huge gaps between each lesson with supplemental information. Think this would be a better study if it were more detailed...and longer. Even the answers provided in the back of the book were at times confusing.

DickBellefonte, PaAge: Over 65Gender: male3 Stars Out Of 5Have had betterNovember 25, 2013DickBellefonte, PaAge: Over 65Gender: maleQuality: 3Value: 3Meets Expectations: 2Used this study guide for mixed adult class having
] a wide background of Biblical knowledge. Overall the class felt frustrated with many of the author's questions and "back of the book" info added to the uncertainty of what the author was seeking. Realized the study was not to be a comprehensive review of Scripture but felt it relied heavily on the Leader to wrestle with what the author was seeking/stating.
