Tell us a little about yourself. As a freelance writer and editor, I authored Signs and Wonders in America Today: Amazing Accounts of God's Power (Vine/Servant), and have contributed to, ghostwritten, or edited several other books. My husband and I serve on the board of directors of Global Harvest Ministries.
What was your motivation behind this project? I have a passion to see the love of God touch lives all over the world. The Holy Spirit is moving across the globe to reach people in countless creative ways, including demonstrations of God's miraculous power. By carefully documenting some of these wonders, this book shows that our awesome Lord is willing to go to any lengths to draw people to Himself.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? Readers will be encouraged to partner with God in prayer for the manifestation of His love and power toward those who need Him. The dramatic narratives inspire a heart of praise to God, and magnify the name of Jesus Christ through testimony to His mighty deeds. This book will boost faith and expand vision for His global purposes.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: Stories from the Front Lines documents 40 true, contemporary accounts from around the world about people who came to faith in Jesus Christ with some involvement of God's supernatural power. Chapters feature divine healing, miracles, dreams and visions, prophetic messages, and angel encounters. Following each narrative, a brief teaching section explores implications of the story, along with biblical and historical precedents.
