Archaeology can be the final nail in Christianity's coffin - if it weren't for the fact that it supports the Bible at almost every turn. Dr. Price has studied, taught and performed archaeology for many years, and puts that expertise at your fingertips by showing what archaeology can prove, what new discoveries have revealing, and what all the evidence could mean.
Covering everything from history to prophecy, this book is both a resource to those interested in the science of archaeology and a witness to Christianity through the practice of the science. Conversational enough to engage the mildly curious yet packed with a mountain of resources and information for the voracious reader, The Stones Cry Out will excite, intrigue and challenge the next generation of Christians and archaeologists.

The Stones Cry Out is worth every penny of the purchase price. This is an excellent resource for preachers and SS teachers. The author treats difficult and complex issues in understandable ways, which are easily incorporated into sermon or lesson materials. Here I found confirmation of items I had heard rumored, confirmation of crucifixion methods, Caiaphas' ossuary, the Capernaum synagogue, and more. Any worthwhile book must have good indices & appendices, and this volume does not disappoint in this crucial matter.
