My 8-yr old son enjoys reading these devotions. The discussion guide in the back is a great parent resource as we talk through the possible answers to each situation.

My daughter used this book with her son, my grandson, when he was around 7 or 8. I thought at the time he was too young. However, now that he is 13, I see that he has the ability to think through "sticky situations" and make the right decisions. I attribute much of that to this book but also to my daughter's God-given ability to discuss things with him on a daily basis. I have recommended this book to several young moms in our church.

My husband and I have been doing this devotional every night with our 9 yr old daughter. It is well written and has timely examples. It is a great help in letting us know where our daughter is coming from and how she will deal with sticky situations! We all look forward to doing devoitions each night (including our daughter).

This book addresses the very issues that are youth are exposed to everyday. This gives the ability to come up with the clear ethical awnser on their own and is great for group lesson & discussion. I am very glad i purchased this book for my youth group. Kellene
