J. BUDZISZEWSKI is a professor of government and philosophy at the University of Texas, where he has taught for over twenty years. A frequent speaker to groups such as InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Campus Crusade, and the Veritas Forum, Dr. Budziszewski has written numerous books and articles. Loved it. A much needed resource for your loved ones who will be out on their own for the first time. Yes, we've raised up our children the way they should go... and lead them the Way. Now they're on their own and this book will help to unite what they've learn and put into action to overcome life's demands.

Great book. It provides very practical application to how students should respond to things they will face in college. But rather than just a list of do's and don'ts, it helps the reader understand "why" certain decisions should be made, what the intention behind the temptation is, and what the consequences of decisions are. It's a great resource for any student, parent, or college ministry leader.

This is a great resource for parents to go thru with their child that will soon go off to college. It is also a good resource for them to take with them to college.

I got this book for my first grandchild when she went to college and I ordered another one to be ready when the next one goes. I feel that all the Christian help we can give them is necessary.

I read this book in preparation for a course I am designing for students entering college at my church. Professor Budziszewski touches on many 'hot topic' issues as well as basics of the Christian faith. I plan on using this as the textbook for my course.

Our minister wanted four copies of this fine book to give to college students, or those intending to attend. All of us can benefit by studying this, with as many secular ideas as there are around us now. Thank you very much for the availability of this excellent book!

This is a great book for anyone because it informs you on things you may have never realized. If you are struggling with the fact of what is right and what is wrong, this book will help. Of course the best source is to go straight to God but this is a good alternative for those that love to read. Let God open your heart when reading this book so that you can take it all in and use it in your life.
