Tell us a little about yourself. Retired businessman with continuing interest in computer "crafts".
What was your motivation behind this project? We sought a way to enable "non-computer" folks to create beautiful bookmarks inexpensively and with simple instructions. To help them be able to bless others in their family, church and acquaintance by making custom bookmarks that carry God's message for whatever occasion.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? Great personal satisfaction from creating & giving bookmarks of spectacular beauty to honor and/or promote those individuals or organizations who are really special to them.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? Those of us who worked to create Bookmarks Galore! have been delighted with the numerous, unsolicited customer responses, thanking us for creating these products, raving about the quality of the bookmarks and emphasizing how simple it is to make bookmarks this way.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? In Deut.6:6-9 God mandates His people to learn his commandments, teach them to their children and to "keep them in plain sight". We believe that beautiful works of art (bookmarks) that convey God's message fulfill this mandate in a very effective way (and it's a lot of fun, too).
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: We have accompanied this CD/Software with a very complete set of "simple to use" instructions. Our customer service staff is happy to work with Bookmarks Galore! users at any time to assist them with their "bookmark creations".
