This book is a great resource. I just love it and I am only half way through. The information gives encouragement and hope to a struggling marriage. He even gives examples of how to speak to each other. In the book Gary talks about knowing yourself first, being in touch with your own feelings and reactions so that you can then communicate that to your spouse. You can't expect your spouse to know what you don't know yourself. July 6, 2009
