Product Description

Build upon the foundation laid in Song School Spanish 1, and continue your children's' lessons with this second volume. Whether you plan for your children to study Latin in-depth later, or want them to gain a basic understanding of one of English's root languages, Song School Latin Volume 2 will suit your needs. It is assumed that students have already completed Volume 1, and thus this volume provides additional Latin vocabulary and begins to introduce Latin grammar. After completing this volume, should you so choose, students will be ready to move into the Latin for Children Primer A text.

At the suggested rate of one chapter per week, homeschoolers will be able to complete the 32 weeks during the standard school year. Worksheets can be completed during a single class or spread out over multiple days, allowing parents optimal flexibility.

Review chapters are included every few weeks to encourage mastery, while each lesson's fill-in-the-blank stories, questions, written exercises, and songs to help students to remember it all! The included music CD contains both classical and ecclesiastical pronunciations for all songs. A glossary and verb charts are given in the back of the book. 32 weekly lessons including 6 review chapters. 289 pages, softcover.
