A transcendent work that will stand the test of time. Divine Invitation inspires true and heartfelt worship that defies easy categorization. If you are moved by music into the presence of your Savior, you will love this CD. It inspires visions of our hope to come, and embodies Colossians 3:1-4 and 1John 3:1-3. “When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.”

I saw Something Like Silas at Power of One in Green Bay last weekend, and they were just so amazing. I could not believe how good they were. They performed THREE shows at Power of One, and guess what? I MET THEM AFTER THEIR SECOND SHOW!!!!! They all were very nice people, but Eric Owyoung was the best. He was such a sweetie. I got my picture taken with him!!!!! These guys are SO good. I hope that they can do another concert in Wisconsin sometime.

This album is a 5-star all the way!!! The worship practically tugs your heart to it's knees before God. The band's obvious heart and love for God shines through the beautiful lyrics and the innovative music styles should please both the hard rocker and the ballad lover. This CD has been in my stereo for weeks. Oh, and these guys can turn the classic-but-been-there hymns and praise songs into absolute awe-inspiring art; through a couple of these in with their completely original songs, and you've got one serious masterpiece added to your music collection. To sum up in a few words - earnest, sincere, rockin', ethereal, pure worship!!!
