I look forward to reading the entire book and feel in my Spirit that the information here can help guide me to take better care of myself for the Lord, my family and myself. I just saw a few minutes of Ms. Goff on tv as I was skimming through the channels. It was enough to give me info on the getting the book. I think God arranged that to happen, just for me!
