This book is a must read for singles of any age or circumstances to read. Singles and married couples alike will find it helpful to understand and embrace those in the body of Christ who are single due to choice, waiting for their life partner, widowed or divorced. Although primarily written for singles it is full of "truth" nuggets which followed can encourage you to enjoy serving God in whatever state you are in at this season of life. This book is inspiring and uplifting with positive challenges for everyone - single or married, at any age.

I bought this little book for myself and a friend. It was short, but packed from cover to cover with such good information and encouragement. As a single, it was an encouragement to hear from someone else who is a single and acknowledges the struggles we go through. Also, I loved the 10 questions at the back of the book that were to see if you were viewing your single life through the right eyes, and if you were living them to the fullest or not. It's a book I think all singles - whether late teens or beyond - should read. Plus, it's a great gift for someone who's struggling with being single while everyone else is becoming married.

I guess I didn't realize this book was geared more towards women than men. The author tries to include men in the discussion but misses the mark quite often.

Nancy, brought out views on singleness that I never thought of, such as honoring your parents and giving of your resources to help others. Her book is great will use material in our singles meetings.

This book is actually very helpful for those who want to be singled out for God, until God says its time for you to get married.
