An excellent review of the development of youth ministry in the US with some implications for similiar patterns across North America and other similar Global settings. More Global attention would be the next step, even within the US setting (as Senter noted, "it is still very white!") As well, we would appreciate more "so what shall we do" implications; and stories from those who are navigating the current setting. However, the book is long enough and someone else needs to address these vital issues
