Like another reviewer, I stumbled across Shane & Shane. Using the "listen" tool to sample the songs before buying, my first impression was not to buy - I'm not an acoustic-music fan, but suddenly, this rich, full, beautiful harmony appeared and held notes so pure and clear that I was completely captivated. Again, I'm not a "concert" watcher when it comes to Christian music because I believe Christian music should at all times be worship, which I hold as intimate and personal, but for the first time, the DVD in this package only enhanced my listening of the audio CD. Shane & Shane are obviously worshipers - to the point where even performing, their eyes shut and they sing their hearts to God and God alone. I nearly felt like an intruder, watching them. I sat in wonder as the camera panned the audience - and I couldn't imagine how they could keep from getting on their faces before God - or at least enter into humbled worship, especially on "I Miss You" - which floods my very soul and overcomes my spirit. This was one of the best purchases I've ever made. We are kindred spirits in worship of the Awesome Savior! By the way, I'm a 43-yr. old female, which I'm sure isn't S&S's majority audience! I cannot recommend Shane & Shane highly enough.

I stumble across their songs a while back and was really taken aback by their harmonization. I personally enjoy listening to slow worships but Shane & Shane has got to be my all time favorite. I immediately purchased ALL of their albums because from where I come from, it's not easy finding Praise & Worship cds so what are the odds of finding Shane & Shane?
I have yet to look for more artists that goes with Shane & Shane's genre which is so far on top of my list. But this live recording album is highly recommended together with their other albums.

While I am a huge Shane & Shane fan, and this album is one of their bests, I was a little disappointed that it wasn't a recording of a live concert, rather a small event they held at their studio. I was expecting a loud audience, who would sing with them on some songs. But, overall, the album is still great and a wonderful album for your collection, especially if you like Shane & Shane. I love this version of "I Miss You" (my favorite Shane & Shane song). It's awesomely intense.
