Dr. Lutzer did a great job of research and writing to give really good, factual information about Islam's war with Christianity over the last several hundreds of years. It is a must read for every Christian to really understand the spiritual warfare that is happening against Christianity. Until recent years, the average American Christian was not informed of the threat against our Christian and civil freedoms posed by the Muslim faith. It is a must read to propel Christians to prevail in prayer against this long standing spiritual opposition to the Christian faith. Great Book!
Wow! I knew I needed to know more about the Muslim faith. But, I didn't realize how little I knew about and understood it. This book really opened my eyes to the potential threat to America and the potential opportunity for Christians to convert Muslims to Christianity. People of the Islamic faith are acting and acting decisively on behalf of the one they perceive as God. We must do the same for Jesus Christ or almost certainly loose our country and our right to openly worship Jesus Christ. The entire book is filled with information you desperately need to know and be ready to act on. Even if you only read pages 152 through 158 you will find it worth the price of the book. All through the Bible, Jesus let barbarians overrun Christian nations when they stopped loving God enough to keep His commandments and make disciples who in turn make more disciples. Nothing says, " I don't love Jesus." like sitting on our butt and doing nothing. Read the book. You will be glad you read it. Be ready to take action as the Holy Spirit leads you to do in this real threat to Christianity.
Pastor Lutzer hit a home run with this timely book. He was both instructive and comforting. While the subject may seem alarming, he made it clear that christians were not to panic, but to understand the challenges posed by this aggressive religion. Every christian should read this book; or, it will be a sad commentary that echoes the prophet, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Great book!
