While many books have been written to recount the life of C.S. Lewis, and most notably his conversion to the Christian faith, few books have decidedly undertaken the accounting of Lewis’ spiritual growth as a Christian. Drawing upon Lewis’ literary works, his interviews, and the many letters he received during his lifetime, professor Lyle Dorsett has written, Seeking the Secret Place: The Spiritual Formation of C.S. Lewis. Here he describes the spiritual growth and devotion of this beloved theologian to his Lord Jesus Christ. Fans of Lewis will not want to go without adding this insightful book to their personal library.
