He is an instructor at the Los Angeles Bible Training School, a visiting lecturer at The Master's Seminary, and a lecturer in Biola University's BOLD program. He is the general editor of Secret Sex Wars: A Battle Cry for Purity. Pastor Scott and his wife, Naomi, have six children and live in Inglewood, California.

Located in: Los Angeles California Submitted: April 30, 2008 Tell us a little about yourself. I am a native of Los Angeles where I currently live with my wife of 14 years and 5 children. I serve as the Pastor - Teacher of Westside Bible church and as a Professor at the Los Angeles Bible Training School. What was your motivation behind this project? Along with the other six contributors of this book, we desired to produce a biblically faithful work that would assist men of all ages in their battles with sexual temptations. Our collective passion is to see Jesus Christ glorified and honored in His Church through the lives of men who are walking victoriously in moral and sexual purity. What do you hope folks will gain from this project? Primarily, my prayer and aim for this book is that everyone who reads it will gain hope -- hope grounded in both God's word and grace, which are sufficient to equip and arm His people for victory against sexual temptations and sexual sins. Furthermore, I hope that this project will inspire Christian men to champion the cause of moral purity in their homes and churches, as they stand against the tidal wave of moral decadency that is crashing down upon our society. Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: While this book was written by 7 African American men aimed primarily at other African American men, its scope and usefulness is much broader.
