I really like this product. It works great for our family. The lessons are short so it does not take much time to get them going. The constant review is good. They keep doing a concept for two weeks, by then they seem to have it down and have no trouble remembering it. The whole lesson does not take long so doing it everyday is not a problem. Other programs require a lot of memory work but with the continued problem practice it is not necessary with Saxon Math.

I have been using Saxon Math Products for five years with my son and others and I think they are one of the best math programs on the market. I have seen several different math programs and have attempted to use them with students I tutor and I always return to Saxon and have been able to convience parents of students I tutor to switch their children to Saxon Math. The students I have worked with have increased their math scores on GED's and ACT's any where from 2 pooints on an ACT after three weeks of tutoring to 100 points on a GED after six months of tutoring. Saxon's use of repetition is the best way to teach math. I also think Sazons keeping math facts in front of the children with the use of their facts tests is great. Other math programs have dumped the math facts and they have dumbed down the students with that approach.

We really enjoy this curriculum. My son used a different program last year and could learn the concepts easily but wasn't retaining them. This curriculum has helped him understand the concepts and his retention is much improved. He feels successful and his sense of accomplishment on doing well on his test has elevated his confidence.

I love how Saxon reviews everything they learn throughout the year, but yet make it easy to find where they learned it, by marking each problem with the lesson number they learned it in. I love the math fact reviews and the mental math. I race the kids to see who can come up with the answers faster. We love it!

I have used the Saxon Math Products for four years and am amazed at how well my children do on the standardized math tests that our state gives. My older son scored a perfect score on his last spring. The repitition of the core work each day and the supplemental lessons, really allow the children to retain the information. Thank You.

I have loved Saxon Math from the beginning. As you progress through the curriculum, you understand the reason topics are presented as they are and how they build on one another. The mental math is a great exercise for my kids and me that keeps us sharp and quick with our math facts. I also love how each lesson reviews material from the past lessons so I feel we are constantly reviewing. This is our fifth year using Saxon, and I don't plan on changing.

We've been using Saxon Math since this 7/6 kit! We are now using Advanced Math and just love the whole Saxon Math curriculum! We highly recommend this program to those who love math and love the challenge and rewards of good work!
