Don't teach Latina Christiana I without it! In Prima Latina, derivatives were included in the workbooks. Not so with LCI, so this book is a tremendous supplement. I gave each of my kids one to use.
My only hangup is that instead of there being a separate answer key, each book has its own answer key in the back. That's because you can reproduce the pages of this book for the student; however, printer ink costs much more than just buying separate books for the kids.
