Tell us a little about yourself. I am the daughter of a Methodisrt minister. I raised a large family, 5 children, 16 grandchildren and 16 plus great grandchildren. I am now widowed. I have taught all ages from kindergarten to young adults. I presently teach the children from 5-12 in my church who call me Grandma Becker.
What was your motivation behind this project? Although I was raised in a Christian home, I didn't receive the Lord until I was an adult. I found out that Jesus was coming back, something I never heard when growing up. I was researching that when I got saved and have never stopped researching it since.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? My desire is for the church to read this book and see how awsome is our God in power and see the glorious future He has for us if we will just heed His Word! I want to see the Church grow up and become a bride worthy to reign at the side of a sovereign ruler.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? When I was first born again I read everything I could get my hands on about prophecy. That was 46 years ago. The authors that influenced me the most were Walter Scott and Dwight Pentecost. But after two years I turned to the scriptures alone and let the Holy Spirit teach me.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: I would like readers to know more information about the book is available on my web site www.jebecker.com including sample chapters and related articles.
