Author Bio

Ken Hemphill is national strategist for Empowering Kingdom Growth (EKG), an initiative of the Southern Baptist Convention. He also serves as distinguished professor of evangelism and church growth at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Hemphill holds a Ph.D. from Cambridge University and is the former president of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. This is one of the most dynamic sunday school books that I have ever encountered. It covers the areas that all of us have been confronted with from time to time and give clear and consise direction. Wish there was a sequel. I use this book a lot when teaching and training sunday school teachers. March 22, 2009

A wonderful "how to" book on reviving a sagging Sunday School. This takes us back to the basics of the Great Commission and enables us to use it in a 21st century world. January 4, 2002
