Haunted by confusing dreams and uncertain of his growing attraction to Netta Trilett, Tahn knows he must come to terms with his past before he can look to the future. And that means returning to his birthplace of Alastair--a journey he knows will not be easy. And so begins Tahn's search for truth, where he encounters old adversaries, deadly threats, a long-lost sister, and the distrust of an entire town.
Return to Alastair is the continuing tale of an unlikely hero who must learn the power of forgiving others--and forgiving himself--in order to accept the love of a good lady.
So glad I read it--loved it!5 Stars Out Of 5Excellent book you will love.July 29, 2014So glad I read it--loved it!Quality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I had to read more about Taun after falling in love with his character in the 1st book (Taun). And I can attest to the series being related & building on one another without spoiling an accidental out-of-order reading. (I read Taun, then the Scarlet Trefoil, & then Return to Alastair.) I was so impressed with the author's ability to write such a fantastic story line; yet somehow those characters' traits (in another place and another time) continue to inspire me at odd moments on my own journey. So glad L. A. Kelly embraced her gift as a writer.
